Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Satelite de Estorias ("we") handles information when you use Forecast Arena.

Information we process

Firebase Authentication processes an anonymous identifier and, if you register, your email address and authentication credentials. We store your Firebase user ID, email when available, virtual-coin balance, prediction activity, reward ledger, and timestamps in Cloudflare D1. We do not store your password.

Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising

Google Firebase Analytics helps us understand app usage. Firebase Crashlytics receives diagnostic information about crashes, device and app state. Google AdMob serves rewarded ads and may process device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, consent choices, and related technical data. The Google User Messaging Platform records applicable privacy choices. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency asks for permission before tracking as defined by Apple.

Market data

The app retrieves public market data from Polymarket through our Cloudflare Worker. Polymarket does not operate Forecast Arena, and we do not send it your Forecast Arena account or prediction history.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, maintain balances and predictions, deliver rewarded ads, prevent abuse, operate and improve the service, diagnose failures, and comply with law.

Service providers

Information may be processed by Google (Firebase and AdMob), Apple or Google Play as the mobile platform, and Cloudflare as our API and database infrastructure. Their own privacy terms also apply.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and game data while the account exists and as needed for security or legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account and associated game data inside Profile → Delete account and data. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on our account deletion page.

Your choices

You can revisit advertising privacy choices from Profile when required, decline iOS tracking, or delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional access, correction, deletion, or objection rights.

Children

Forecast Arena is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
