Delete your account

Deletion permanently removes your Forecast Arena coin balance, predictions, reward ledger, and account record. It also deletes the Firebase Authentication user. It cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Forecast Arena.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and data.
4. For a registered account, enter the current password.
5. Confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email welcome@satelstories.com from the email address registered to the account. Use the subject “Forecast Arena account deletion.” We may request limited information needed to verify ownership. Never send your password.

Data retained

We delete the active account and associated gameplay data. We may retain limited records only when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or resolving an active dispute, then delete or anonymize them when no longer necessary.
